With a legal career that spans three decades, Kevin Swenson is one of the most trial-tested lawyers in the state of Utah. He is a lifelong resident of Utah, raised in Bountiful. Kevin began his work in personal injury law by working as a defense attorney for insurance companies. In 2010, he made the pivotal decision to switch to a plaintiff’s attorney so he could help injured people. He now uses his former defense attorney experience and knowledge about insurance companies’ strategies to avoid paying claims to help those who deserve his help.
